Through my personal experience as an English speaker navigating an unfamiliar legal system, I discovered family law in Israel can be incredibly complex. I also understand how stressful and overwhelming it feels to face a divorce, a child custody battle or any other family-related legal situation without full competency in the native language and the appropriate advice and support. This is why over twenty years ago, I decided to open Hait Family Law.
More recently, my experience helping my father and stepmother with their Aliyah journey has shaped my perspective on elder law so Hait Family Law, became a firm also dedicated to helping all generations plan for the future, from marriage to end-of-life considerations.
